The guesthouse sleeps 2 people for a minimum stay of 2 nights.

If you stay for a week or more, we can negotiate a discount for the rate. Free breakfast packs will be provided on your first day.

To confirm your booking we require full payment. We prefer you can pay directly into the guesthouse' bank account. All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars. You can use a handy currency converter by clicking here.

 

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to your arrival date will be fully refunded less a $50 administration fee. Cancellation between 30 days and 48 hours prior to your arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of one nights accomodation or 20% of the entire booking fee, which ever is greater. Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to your arrival date or during your stay will incur a cancellation fee of two nights accommodation or 40% of your booking fee (for the remaining nights if cancellation occurs during your stay) which ever is greater.

Payment for all accommodation must be made in full to confirm the booking. Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.

No visitors are allowed in the house after 10pm.

Any damage to the property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

To maintain a pleasant environment, smoking is not allowed in the house. If you do smoke inside, then you may be charged for appropriate cleaning and loss of income.

Parties are not allowed at the property.
